Tower West Communications prides itself on safe
business practices. All of Tower West employees
are certified in several different fields. Once a
year all employees go through First Aid and CPR
training. Before a new hire can get on a tower,
they must first go through a certified tower climbing
safety and rescue class. Our employees get
certified through
ComTrain.
In
addition, the company has an in-house Com Train
certified instructor. We also have Eupen representatives
come to our office and conduct a class instructing and
reviewing the proper way to put on connectors.
We put all of our employees through an internet class to
go over the physical characteristics of RF. Our day to
day business does not get overlooked when it comes to
Safety. We do, at a minimum, two Site Safety Audits per
week. We have monthly Safety meetings and keep everyone
informed of new OSHA policies and procedures. Please
